摘要
文章通过对JWF1211梳棉机现有滤尘管道进行结构优化设计,在确保吸尘效果的前提下,实现了减小阻力损失、提高吸口风速、降低主管道静压和总风量的目的。生产过程中机上各吸点风量、风压分配合理,节能降耗,得到客户认可。
This paper achieved the purposes of reducing the resistance loss, improving the air speed of mouthpieces, reducing the static pressure and total air volume of main pipe through optimi- zing the structure of the dust filtering pipes of JWF1211 carding machine under the precondition of en- suring dust collection effect. The air volume and pressure of each mouthpiece on the machine were ra- tionally allocated. The machine were energy-saving and cost-reducing, accepted by customers.
