摘要
液晶基板玻璃厚度是液晶玻璃生产过程中一项重要的品质指标,是后续面板厂加工应用良品率的关键性因素。随着液晶基板玻璃代次的提高,玻璃尺寸越来越大,生产节拍要求越来越短,自动化程度及人工成本越来越高,传统的手动式测量已不能满足生产需求。最新开发的在线式自动化测厚采用传感器检测方式,通过机械与电气的相互配合,将数据反馈至前端工序供生产参考。前端工序通过将在线数据与离线数据做比较,和在线数据大量采集的趋势性,对玻璃厚度做出调整。目前主要分为接触式与非接触式两种测量方式,均已成功应用到本公司现有生产线中,起到了良好的效果。
The thickness of Liquid Crystal Display glass (LCD glass) substrate is an important index of the quality control of LCD glass production process and also a key factor of qualified rate in manufac- turing Flat PanelDisplay (FPD) production. With the development of glass substrate of LCD, glass size is getting bigger and bigger, production cycle is getting shorter, automation is higher. Now the la- bor cost is also higher. Therefor the traditional manual thickness measurement is no longer to meet the production requirements. The latest developed online automatic thickness measurement uses a sensor detection method. The collected data will feedback to the management system by combined mechanical and electrical operation. The thickness of the glass is adjusted through the comparison of online with offline data and the tendency of the large number of collected online data in front-end process. At pre- sent moment the two types of contact and non - contact measurement methods have been successfully applied to the company's existing production line and got a effective result.
