兰坪云岭省级自然保护区功能区调整与评价

Functional Zone Adjustment of Lanping Yunling Provincial Nature Reserve

由于云岭自然保护区原有功能区划分没有考虑新生桥国家森林公园及富合水库旅游开发,忽略了省道S311线六兰公路对核心区的分割影响,核心区内有部分集体林和居民点,大部分缓冲区直接外露,周边人为活动频繁,箐兔公路建设经过核心区,有调整的必要性。文中阐述调整原则、方案、结果,并对调整结果作出评价。

The functional division of Lanping Yunling Provincial Nature Reserve was unreasonable for without consideration of tourism development of Xinshengqiao State Forest Park and Fuhe Reservoir, meanwhile, neglected the split effect of S311 provincial road to core zone. Part collectively owned forest and residents distributed in the core zone with frequent human activity, etc. , overall the construction of Qing road passing by the core zone must adjust. The principles and schemes of adjustments on its func- tional zone were put forward, and the adjusted results also were evaluated in this paper.
