纤维陶粒混凝土与普通混凝土粘结性能实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过对聚丙烯腈纤维陶粒混凝土与普通混凝土Z型试件和立方体抗拉试件的加载实验,研究结合面的处理方式、混凝土强度、浇筑时间间隔对2种混凝土粘结性能的影响规律.结果表明:用露骨料水洗剂处理结合面可省时省力地提高结合面的粗糙度、Z型试件的抗剪强度;对结合面的抗拉强度而言,露骨料水洗剂界面虽然对陶粒混凝土与C40混凝土结合面的抗拉强度有提高作用,却降低了与C30混凝土结合面的抗拉强度;在先浇混凝土终凝结束后,缩短2种混凝土先后浇筑时间间隔、提高后浇混凝土强度对结合面粘结强度有提高作用. The influence of the surface treatment, the concrete strength and the time spacing for depositing concrete were studied by means of the loading test on the Z type and the cubic tensile specimens between the lightweight aggregate concrete within polyacrylonitrile fiber mixing and the normal concrete. The experimental results show that, with the combining surface being dealt with the concrete washing reagent, the roughness and the bonding shear strength are handily improved; Concrete washing reagent can heighten the bonding strength in C40 concrete, but weaken the bonding strength of C30 concrete in tensile strength of the joint surface. After the final condensation of the first pouring concrete, reducing two kinds of concrete pouring time and improving the strength of second concrete are found helpful to reinforce the strength of the joint surface.
