增压发动机匹配AT整车国五排放标定研究

摘要 搭载AT(自动变速器)的车辆具有操作简单、驾驶轻便、易于实现巡航功能等优点;增压发动机在不增加发动机排量前提下,能够较大的增加发动机的动力性和经济性。分析了搭载涡轮增压发动机和AT(自动变速器)整车的特点,识别了国五排放和国四排放标准的不同,基于BOSCH ME7发动机管理系统排放控制策略,提出了一种应对国五排放的标定试验方法。该方法通过采用紧耦合催化器、对发动机空燃比、点火提前角、催化器加热的发动机转速、三元催化器转化效率精细标定的优化,使某型搭载涡轮增压发动机和自动变速箱车辆达满足国五排放法规新鲜排放限值的70%的要求。 This article analyzed the characteristics of the vehicle which is equipped with turbocharger and auto- matic gearbox, identified the emission legislation limit between CHINA 5 and CHINA 4, and put forwarde a test method to achieve CHINA 5 which is based on the emission control strategy of BOSCH ME7 engine management system. The method ensures the engineering target of 70% of the CHINA 5 Emission Legislation Limit. In addi- tion, coupling catalyst, more precise calibration of Air - Fuel Ratio, ignition angle, catalyst heating, TWC are chosen to meet the demands of 70% regarding to the conversion efficiency in the method mentioned above. "
