输出药热感度和边界条件对火工品延期时间研究

摘要 通过分析输出药热感度以及边界条件对延期时间的影响,研究了小尺寸秒级火工品延期时间控制。试验和分析表明,在尺寸约束及其它设计完成的条件下,输出药的热感度越低,越有利于延期时间的控制,同时指出试验工装的设计需要考虑产品的实际使用环境,以确保测试结果的真实性。 The delay time of the small size second delay pyrotechnics controlling is studied by analyzing the influ- ence of heat sensitivity of output ignition powder and boundary condition on delay time. The experiment and anal- ysis show that the higher heat sensitivity of output ignition powder, the longer the delay time would be and the more easily it is controlled. At the same time, it is pointed out that under the condition of dimension constraint and other design, the design of testing tool needs to consider the practical application environment of the product to ensure the authenticity of the test results.
