Xibe Folk Tales exhibit inheritance of the nation, internalizing into the unique cultural value. At the same time, internal inheritance has rheological property. With the historical changes, communicating with each nation brings the new culture . This kind of fusion penetrates from outside to inside, performing in all aspects of historical, folk and religious culture. Inheritance and fusion are the expression of ethnic identity. The author of this paper explores the cultural evolution from the vertical and horizontal space-time.
