摘要
2015年4月21日中国福建自由贸易试验区厦门片区在厦门国际航运中心正式揭牌后,自贸区的各项业务推进迅速。自贸区政策为厦门港的发展带来了新的机遇,在海空航运服务领域突破了原有诸多禁锢,为厦门港港口集疏运系统的完善带来了良好的发展契机。通过梳理厦门自贸试验区的海空航运领域的相关政策规定,解析对厦门港港口集疏运系统的积极影响,并结合集疏运系统存在的结构不合理、内陆腹地延伸不足等问题,研究在自贸区政策下厦门港集疏运系统的优化措施。
The opening ceremony of China （Fujian） Pilot Free Trade Zone in Xiamen area was held in Xiamen International Shipping Center in 21Apr.2015.After moro than one year＇s construction, all kinds of business are progressing rapidly. Free trade policies have brought new opportunities for the development of Xiamen, especially in collection and distribution system. By reorganizing the policies of Shipping and air transport in Xiamen FTZ, this paper analyzes the effect on collection and distribution system. Combined with analyzing the existing problem in the system, the corresponding methods for optimization will be proposed.
