摘要
目的探讨维生素D(VD)代谢通路中VD受体(VDR)基因、1α羟化酶(CYP27B1)基因以及VD结合蛋白(GC)基因多态性与儿童支气管哮喘发病的关系。方法对入组的90例哮喘儿童和90例对照组儿童应用质谱SNP技术,检测VDR基因位点rs2228570、CYP27B1基因位点rs10877012及GC基因位点rs2282679的单核苷酸多态性,分析其与儿童哮喘发病的关系。结果两组rs2228570、rs10877012、rs2282679位点基因型及等位基因频率分布比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 VD代谢通路中的3个相关的基因位点的单核苷酸多态性可能与儿童哮喘的发病无明显相关性。
Objective To explore the association of vitamin-D metabolic pathway-related gene polymorphism-VDR gene,CYP27B1 gene,and GC gene-with bronchial asthma in children. Methods Employing SNP technique of mass spectrometry,gene polymorphism of VDR gene locus rs2228570,CYP27B1 gene locus rs10877012 and GC gene locus rs2282679,in 90 sick children and 90 healthy controls,were detected.The association of the findings with the pathogenesis of asthma in children was analyzed. Results The differences in genotypes and allele frequency distribution between the two groups were not significant(P〉0.05). Conclusion Single nucleotide polymorphism in the three related gene loci in vitamin-D metabolic pathway might be uncorrelated with the pathogenesis of asthma in children.
