摘要
目的探讨医学研究生培养过程中实施双导师制的方法和意义。方法医学科学学位研究生培养过程中实施双导师培养模式,同步建立文献讲读、小组研讨及学术交流制度。结果双导师培养模式可以提高医学研究生的成果产出和培养质量。结论医学科学学位研究生培养过程中实施双导师制对提高医学研究生培养质量具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the method and significance of implementing double tutorial system in the process of medical postgraduate cultivation. Methods A double tutorial mode was practiced in the process of medical postgraduate training,and a system concerning journal club,panel sessions and academic exchange was simutaneously established. Results The double tutorial system improved the quality and achievements of medical postgraduate students. Conclusion Implementing the double tutorial system is of great significance in raising quality of postgraduate students in medical science.
