青岛市实施全科医师师资培训计划的实践与探索 被引量:3

摘要 目的提高青岛市全科医师师资的岗位胜任力。方法针对全科医师师资特点和不同的师资类型,制定个性化全科医师师资培训计划,开展相关内容的培训。结果全科医师师资培训人数大幅增加,各区市社区医疗、教学、科研取得了同步发展,缓解了青岛市全科医师师资匮乏的问题。结论实施满足不同类型全科医师师资培训计划,可有效提高全科医师师资岗位胜任力,有利于实现全科医师师资培训的标准化、同质化、规范化。 Objective To improve the competency of general practitioner(GP)teachers in Qingdao. Methods According to the characteristics and different types of GP teachers,an individualized GP teacher training program was drawn up and the relevant content of the training carried out. Results The number of teacher joining the program increased markedly,and thus community medical care,teaching and research simultaneously developed,and,at the same time,the problem concerning shortage of teachers in GP in Qingdao city got relief. Conclusion Implementing the teacher training program that meets different types of teachers of general practitioners can effectively improve the teacher competency,which has an important push in realizing standardization,homogenization and normalization for general practitioner teacher training.
