Cyr61对急性肾损伤保护作用及其机制研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 富含半胱氨酸蛋白61(Cyr61)是一种分泌蛋白,在肾脏发生缺血再灌注损伤后,可在近端小管上皮中检测到Cyr61的表达,Cyr61可能对肾脏细胞具有一定的保护作用。对Cyr61在缺血性急性肾损伤(AKI)中作用及机制进行研究,可为AKI的诊断和治疗提供更多的理论依据。
