摘要
立足我国法治教育整体缺失的现状,审视法治教育融入国民教育体系之路径选择,是人的全面发展对法治教育的人文诉求,是法治教育对法治社会建设的战略性回应。界定科学合理的国民教育体系是进行融入路径建构的前提条件,我国国民教育体系的界定应持终身教育观。法治教育怎样融入是路径建构之问题,包括要明确法治教育在国民教育体系的价值定位和教育目标、规划及实施原则;部署好学校、家庭、社区"三位一体"的网状教育模式;实现课程大纲、课程内容、教学方式、教育情境等教育实施机制的革新等。
In view of the prominent problems of stark absence of legal education in China, a survey of the path choice that integrates legal education into the national education sys- tem is a human appeal to legal education required by the all-round development of human beings, as well as a strategic response by legal education to the construction of a legal soci- ety. A definition of a scientific and reasonable national education system is the prerequisite for the path construction, and should hold the view of lifelong education. How to integrate the two is a problem of path construction and the answers may be the following: to define the value orientation of legal education in the national education system and education ob- jectives, to perform planning and implementation, to deploy the "three-in-one" network education mode composed by schools, families and communities; to realize the innovation of syllabus, curriculum content, teaching methods, education situation and education implementation.
