随着我国经济运行进入“新常态”,地区、行业、企业的分化日趋明显,市场竞争更加激烈,人才成为企业生存、发展的决定性因素。结合企业发展的实际需求,从人才理念创新、选人机制、激励机制和育人机制等几个方面,论述如何加强国有企业人才队伍的建设。
Under this new normal, the stratification of different regions, industries and companies are more obvious and talents are more and more important in the fierce competition. The paper discussed talent team construction from the points of innovation of talent concept, mechanism for personnel selection, excitation mechanism and training mechanism.
