摘要
文章研究了绕组参数和永磁体对屏蔽泵电机性能的影响。通过三维有限元法计算得到永磁屏蔽电机气隙磁密分布和屏蔽套涡流损耗分布,并计算得到不同转速下电机的各项性能。然后对屏蔽电机结构进行优化分析,使其效率达到最大值,为屏蔽泵能效指标的提高提供了依据和参考。
Characteristic of the PM motor used in canned pumps influenced by the winding parameters and permanent magnet(PM) was studied.Flux density distribution in the air gap of the canned PM motor as well as the eddy current loss in the canned cover were calculated by means of 3D finite element method while various kinds of features of the motor under different rotating speed were achieved either.Then,optimization analysis on the construction of the canned PM motor was done,to make the motor reaching the highest efficiency,thus,providing the evidence and reference to increase the efficiency criterion for the canned pump motor.
