摘要
目的研究彩色多普勒超声对女性乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法采用计算机对知网数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库、超星数据库等进行索引,收集彩色多普勒超声诊断女性乳腺癌的相关文献和相关实验,检索的实现从2000年1月至2015年12月,选择3位研究者根据所纳入和排除标准进行独立审查,并不断地提取相关资料,采用QUADAS条目对所纳入研究的相关方法学质量进行评价,采用Meta=-Discl.4对检测的敏感性和特异性等进行分析。结果本研究最终纳入37个研究,共涉及到4638例研究对象,经过Meta分析显示,SPE合并=0.75[94%CI(0.73,0.76)],SEN合并=0.79[95%CI(0.78,0.83)],+LR=3.5705%CI(2.62,4.86)],-LR=0.27[95%CI(0.21,0.34)],DOR合并=13.75[95%CI(8.46,22.35)],AUC=0.8649。结论通过本研究的调查和分析,可以得出彩色多普勒超声对于女性乳腺癌的诊断具有显著的价值,可以作为一种诊断乳腺癌的有效方法,因此值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective To study the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer in women. Methods CNKI database, Wanfang database, VIP database, and superstar database were indexed by computer. The literatures and experiments related the diagnosis of breast cancer in women by color Doppler ultrasound were collected and searched from January, 2000 to December, 2015. Three researchers were chosen for independent review according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Relevant data were continuously extracted. QUADAS items were used to evaluate the quality of related methods. Meta=-Disc 1.4 was used for the detection of sensitivity and specificity. Results 37 studies were included, a total 4 638 study objects were involved. The meta analysis showed that SPEcombination =0.75 [94% CI (0.73,0.76)], SENcombination =0.79 [95% CI (0.78,0.83)], +LR=3.57 [95% CI (2.62, 4.86)], -LR=0.27195% CI (0.21,0.34)], and DORcombination =13.75 [95% CI (8.46,22.35)], AUC=0.864 9. Conclusions The investigation and analysis of this study showed that color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer in women has significant value and is effective. Therefore, it is worth being clinically generalized.
