慢粒患者口服TKI治疗期间皮肤出现真菌感染的护理干预

Nursing intervention for fungal infections in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia while orally taking TKI

目的探讨慢粒患者口服TKI治疗期间出现真菌感染的护理方法及护理效果。方法选取2011年1月至2015年9月医院诊治的慢粒白血病患者320例，其中患者口服TKl治疗且治疗期间皮肤出现真菌感染者40例，根据护理措施不同将患者分为对照组20例和观察组20例。对照组采用常规方法护理，观察组实施护理干预，从标本采集、加强病区环境管理、饮食护理及心理护理角度护理，比较两组护理效果。结果观察组患者护理疗效率为90．0％，高于对照组的70．0％（P〈0．05）。两组治疗前真菌感染评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗后观察组真菌感染评分显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论慢性白血病患者口服TKI治疗期间皮肤出现真菌感染后实施护理干预效果理想，能够提高临床疗效，值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of and nursing methods for fungal infections in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia （CML） while orally taking TKI. Methods 320 patients with CML treated at our hospital from January, 2011 to September, 2015 were selected; among which, 40 patients orally took TKI and got fungal infection during the treatment; the 40 patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different nursing methods, 20 for each group. The control group were routinely cared. The observation group received nursing intervention, including sample collection, ward environment management, diet care, and psychological care. The nursing effects were compared between these two groups. Results The care efficacy was 90.0% in the observation group and 70.0% in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Before the treatment, there was no statistical difference in fungal infection score between these two groups （P 〉 0.05）; after the treatment, the fungal infection score was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Nursing intervention for patients with CML got fungal infection while orally taking TKI is effective and can improve clinical treatment effect, so it is worth being clinically generalized.
