摘要
目的:探讨DR成像、CT扫描在检出肺内单发结节中的应用价值。方法:25例肺结节患者均行常规DR胸片、CT平扫成像,比较两种成像方法显示肺结节征象的差异。结果:常规DR胸片检出19例,未检出6例,胸部CT检出25例。结论:由于CT密度分辨率明显高于DR,较DR能更早检出肺结节,明显优于DR成像,能为影像诊断提供更多的信息。
Objective： To explore the application value of DR and CT imaging in diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodule with lung. Methods：25 patients with pulmonary nodules were performed both chest DR radiograph and CT imaging, compared the difference of two imaging methods which show signs of solitary pulmonary nodules. Results： Chest DR showed 19 cases,6 cases were not showed. Chest CT imaging showed 25 cases. Conclusion： Because CT imaging density resolution is obviously higher than that of DR, compared with DR,CT can show earlier pulmonary nodule, it is superior to DR, it can provide more information for imaging diagnosis.
