彩色多普勒超声诊断妇科常见急腹症应用价值

Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound Diagnosis of Common Gynecologic Acute Abdomen

目的:对彩色多普勒超声诊断妇科常见急腹症应用价值进行探析。方法:选取我站在2005年1月-2015年6月治疗的100例妇科急腹症患者,均使用彩色多普勒超声进行诊断,统计分析患者的临床资料。结果:100例妇科常见急腹症患者利用彩色多普勒超声进行临床诊断,96例患者确诊,4例患者误诊,诊断准确率是96%,误诊率是4%。结论:彩色多普勒超声诊断妇科常见急腹症应用价值较高,能够保证患者得到及时有效的治疗。

Objective： To color doppler ultrasound diagnosis of common acute abdominal disease of department of gynaecology application value to carry on the analysis. Methods： To select our standing in January 2005-June 2015 for the treatment of 100 patients with gynecological acute abdomen, using the color doppler flow imaging（cdfi） for diagnosis of patients with statistical analysis of clinical data.Results： 100 cases of common acute abdominal disease of department of gynaecology patients using color doppler ultrasonography in clinical diagnosis, 96 patients were diagnosed, 4 patients were misdiagnosed, diagnostic accuracy rate is 96%, the misdiagnosis rate was 4%. Conclusion： Color doppler ultrasound diagnosis of common acute abdominal disease of department of gynaecology high application value, to ensure that patients receive timely and effective treatment.
