村镇垃圾治理模式与规范的现状及展望

The Present Situation and Prospect of the Management Pattern and Standard of Rural Waste

文章在简述我国村镇生活垃圾治理状况的基础上,概括了村镇生活垃圾治理模式与规范现状,探讨了规范村镇生活垃圾处理技术的重点和实施问题。认为村镇生活垃圾规范化处理的重点为处理技术方法的选择原则和实施技术规定;技术规范实施的要点,包括强化对村镇垃圾分类处理技术的支持、明确集中与分散处理的分界指标、发展分散处理模式的全组分处理能力,并强化规范实施机制。

On the basis of a brief description of the status of domestic waste management in China, this paper summarizes the current situation of rural domestic waste management mode and norms, and discusses the key points and implementation issues of rural domestic waste treatment technology. This paper proposed that the focus of rural domestic waste are standardized treatment for processing technology and methods of the selection principles and implementation of technical regulations; implementing points of technical specification are including the strengthening of rural garbage treatment technology support, clear centralization and decentralization dividing index, the development of distributed processing model all components processing ability and strengthen implementation system of the code.
