创新机制 统筹发展 不断推进城乡环境卫生实现常态化、长效化

Innovate Mechanisms to Co-ordinate the Development of Urban and Rural Areas,Promote Continuely the Urban and Rural Environment Sanitation to be Normalizing and Long-term Oriented

随着我国经济社会的快速发展,生活垃圾,特别是农村垃圾已成为制约新农村建设和城乡发展的棘手问题,也是社会各界关注和迫切需要解决的热点和难点问题。近年来,为提升城中村、城乡结合部和广大乡镇村庄环境卫生状况,改善人居环境,统筹城乡发展,泰安市把城乡环卫一体化工作作为关注民生、为民办实事的重要举措,取得了一定成效。本文以泰安市为例,梳理总结了在做好城乡环卫一体化工作中要着重抓好的几个环节,研究探索在政府重视、设施建设、健全机制、加大投入、严格监督、群众参与等方面上所取得的经验和做法,为进一步加强和完善农村环境卫生工作提供了建议和参考。

With the rapid development of our economy and society, living garbage, especially rural garbage has become not only a constraining thorny issue of new countryside construction and urban and rural development, but also the social attention from all walks of life and the urgent need to address the hot and difficult problems. In recent years, in order to enhance the environmental health status of urban villages, rural-urban fringe zones and the majority of village and township, improve the living environment, balance urban and rural develop ment, Tai＇an city takes the integration of urban and rural sanitation work as concerned about the livelihood of the people, achieved certain results. This paper taking Tai＇an city as an example, summarizes the several links of doing a good job in the integration of urban and rural sanitation work, studies and explores experience and practice in the government attention, facilities, perfect mechanism, increased investment, strict supervision, the masses to participate and other aspects, provides suggestions and references for further strengthening and improving rural environmental sanitation work.
