摘要
文章分析了当前我国农村垃圾治理中存在的问题,以湖南省常德市石门县为例以解决问题为导向,建立了一种低成本、全覆盖、可持续的治理模式,并付诸实践,总结经验,确立了农村垃圾治理的正确方向与方式。
This paper analyzes of the problems existing in the management of rural garbage, taking Shimen Country, Changde city as an example,establishes a low cost, full coverage, sustainable governance model by problem-oriented, and puts it into practice and sums up experience to establish the management of rural garbage in the right direction and way.
