单元型渐进式旧城改造探索——以湖州织里镇为例

Exploration of the Method of Unit-formula Progressive Urban Renewal:Zhili Town of Huzhou as an Example

本文首先梳理了国内外旧城改造的历程,发现综合多元的改造方式正逐渐成为当前我国旧城改造所推崇的主要方式。接着,文章提出单元型渐进式的旧城改造方式,阐述了其涵义及灵活性、综合性、延续性的特征,认为政府推动的整体旧城改造地区适合采用这种方式,并以浙江省湖州市织里镇为例,探讨了单元型渐进式改造的具体方法,总结出单元型渐进式的改造方式更加注重过程的动态性和多样性,是一种更加有效、灵活而可持续的改造模式。

First of all,this paper reviews the course of urban renewal at home and abroad. A comprehensive transformation is becoming the main urban-renewal form in our country currently. Then, it proposes the method of unit-formula progressive urban renewal, explaines its meaning and features of flexibility, comprehensiveness and continuity. This paper deems the method is very suitable for overall government-driven urban renewal area.Taking Zhili town of Huzhou city for example, it discusses the specific methods of unit-formula progressive urban renewal. Finally, the paper proposes the method of unit-formula progressive urban renewal with taking more attention to dynamics and diversity of processes, is a more efficient, flexible and sustainable transformation way.
