基于可操作性的乡村规划探讨——以保山市潞江镇老城村省级示范村为例

Discussion on Rural Planning Based on Operability:A Case Study of Laocheng Provincial Demonstration Village in Lujiang Town,Baoshan City

近年来,在国家宏观政策背景的催生下,乡村规划迈入了一个新的高潮。本文以云南省保山市隆阳区潞江镇老城村省级规划建设示范村村寨规划为例,立足于乡村规划的自身特点,探究如何编制具备可操作性的乡村规划。文章从"村民意愿""实际操作"两个层面揭示了落地性的乡村规划编制手法,旨在为乡村规划的实践及研究提供良好的借鉴。

In recent years, the rural planning has been entering a new climax with the background of national macro policy. This article takes the village planning of provincial planning construction model village in Laocheng village, Lujiang town, Longyang district, Baoshan city, Yunnan province as an example, bases on the characteristics of rural planning, and explores how to establish the operable rural planning. The article reveals the establishment methods of rural planning from two levels of willingness of villagers and actual practice in order to provide a good reference for the practice and research of the rural planning.
