针刺治疗帕金森病的研究进展

Study on Acupuncture in the Treatment of Parkinson Disease

帕金森病（PD）是一种常见于中老年人群的慢性进展性神经系统退行性疾病，65岁以上人群患病率高达1．7％，且致残率高，严重威胁着中老年人的身体健康。目前尚无有效的治愈方法。本文对近年来中医针刺疗法治疗帕金森病的临床与实验研究进展进行综述。

Parkinson disease （PD） is a common progressive neurodegenerative disease in middle -age and old people. The prevalence of PD （ 〉65 years） is 1.7% with a high disability rate. However, there is no effective treatment to slow down or halt PD progression. This article reviews the clinical and experimental research progresses on acupuncture in the treatment of Parkinson disease.
