摘要 虚拟组织学-血管内超声(virtual histology intravasc ularultrasound,VH—IVUS)将超声技术和经皮冠状动脉介入(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)技术相结合,可提供血管横截面的图像,不仅可观察管壁结构和管腔形态,准确测量管腔面积和斑块面积,评价管腔狭窄程度,还可分析斑块成分,识别不稳定斑块。在冠心病的诊断和指导介入治疗方面得到了广泛应用。该文的目的对IVUS在易损斑块中的研究进展进行综述。 Virtual histology intravascular ultrasound ( VH - IVUS) combined with ultrasound and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) techniques can provide vascular images of the cross section. It can not only observe the vascular structure and lumen morphology, accurately measure the lumen area and plaque area and evaluate the degree of luminal stenosis, but also analyse the plaque composition and identify vulnerable plaque. VH - IVUS is widely applied in the diagnosis and interventional therapy of coronary heart disease. This paper reviews research progress in vulnerable plaque using virtual histology intravascular ultrasound.
