豇豆冷藏温度的研究初报 被引量:2

摘要 本试验研究了不同温度对豇豆冷藏效果及呼吸强度的影响。结果表明:豇豆冷藏的冷害临界温度是8℃,在低于8℃及8℃的条件下贮藏会发生冷害;9℃是豇豆冷藏的最适宜温度。
