摘要
目前,全球迎来了电动汽车的发展热潮,但是,电动汽车配套基础设施布局尚缺乏相应的理论指导。考虑电动汽车的需求分布特性、换电站服务能力和服务范围、配电网约束和交通密度等影响因素,定义了服务覆盖率、服务匹配度和布局成本三个换电站服务规划评价指标,建立电动汽车换电站的多目标规划模型,提出了免疫遗传算法求解数学模型,并通过对换电站选址定容算例的分析,验证了算法的可行性和有效性,为换电站选址定容提供了理论指导。
Currently the global development boom of EV is underway,but the planning of swapping station,as an important facility in the electric vehicle industry,is lack of research. The author defined three evaluating indexes including service coverage rate,matching degree and the layout cost and presented a multi-objective planning model which was taking in account factors including the distribution of EV power demand,the service capacity and area of swapping station,the constraints of power grid and traffic density. An immune genetic algorithm was proposed to solve the mathematical model. A numerical case was studied to illustrate and verify the proposed model and algorithm which provided theoretical guidance for the layout and capacity planning of EV swapping stations.
