摘要
针对超过相关规定周期而长时间未操作、未维护、未轮换(简称"三未")的设备提出快速普查技术,可以在不接入新设备,不改变原网络设置的前提下,直接在"二次安防"下的三区网络中模拟人工检索,自适应分时段不重复的结合历史开关量记录执行排查。且在计算机快速获取设备最后一次动作时间后,根据最后一次动作时间和当前时间差值是否超过阈值自动判断给出需要进行检查性操作设备的建议。使得长期依赖于人工处理的设备普查工作得以通过计算机多、快、好、省的自动完成,节省了运维成本的同时强化了电力生产运行对"三未"设备的风险管控能力。最后实例分析表明,所提技术具有较高的工程价值。
With respect to equipment which has had no operation,no maintenance and no rotation( called "three no"equipment) for a long time beyond the specified limit,this paper presents a technique for quick general survey,which can simulate manual retrieval directly in the three-district network of "secondary security and protection"without switching in new equipment or changing original network settings,and carry out the survey in a adaptive time sharing and non-repeated way under consideration of the record of historical switching quantity. After the computer quickly obtains the time of the latest operation of the equipment,it will automatically judge if the difference between the time of the latest operation and current time exceeds the threshold value and make a suggestion regarding necessary operation for equipment inspection. Thus,general survey of equipment which has relied on manual process for a long time can now be completed automatically by computers better,faster and more economically,so that operation and maintenance costs are saved while risk control ability for "three no"equipment is strengthened in power generation. Finally,analysis of actual cases show that the proposed technology has quite high engineering value.
