摘要
基于数据包络理论与方法,筛选2001—2013年我国煤炭行业的投入产出指标数据为时间序列,对我国煤炭行业生态效率进行分析评价。研究表明,13年间,我国煤炭行业的生态效率基本保持平稳的增长趋势,但稳中有降。其中,纯技术效率和规模效率在我国煤炭行业发展的不同时期对生态效率的提升发挥着不同的作用。最后,依据可持续发展的理念,对我国煤炭行业的生态化经营提供了建议。
Based on the theory and method of Data Envelopment Analysis, this paper screens the input and output indicators of Chi- na＇s coal industry in the range of 2001-2013 and turns them into time series data. With these data, this paper analyzes the ecological efficiency of China＇s coal industry. Research showed that., in the 13 years, the ecological efficiency of China＇s coal industry was maintaining rising tendency basically. Pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency played different roles in different stages of the de- velopment of coal industry in our country. Finally, this paper provids some suggestions of the ecological management based on the concept of sustainable development.
