ANALYSIS ON THE FIRST START-UP AND CALIBRATION OF THE 2.6 Mt/a WAX OIL HYDROGENERATION UNIT

介绍中国石化齐鲁分公司2.6 Mt/a蜡油加氢装置的首次开工过程,总结开工过程中存在的问题及处理措施。开工正常4个月后进行了首次装置标定,对装置运行进行全面分析。结果表明,该装置具备2.6 Mt/a原料油加工能力,能够生产优质催化裂化原料油。

The first start-up of the 2. 6 Mt/a wax oil hydrogeneration unit in SINOPEC Qi-lu Branch Company was introduced, problems existing in the start-up course and the treatment measures were summarized. The first calibration was maded after the start-up of the unit ru-ning normally for 4 months. A comprehensive analysis was made on the operation of the unit, the results demonstrated that the unit possessed the capability of processing 2. 6 Mt/a high qual-ity FCC feedstock oil.
