炼油装置低温余热在油品储运系统中的应用

摘要 针对齐鲁胜利炼油厂北区油品储运系统各油罐的维温所需热量进行了分析发现,该厂第三加氢装置改造后,可外供110℃的低温热水用于维温各油罐的蜡油温度,不仅可节约大量蒸汽,避免高温凝结水排放,而且第三加氢装置减少了热水降温所需的能耗,节能降耗效益显著。 Aimed at analysis on heat required for keeping the oil tanks temperature of the oil product storage and transportation system in north area of Qilu Shengli Refinery, 110℃ low temperature hot water provided from the third reformed hydrogenation unit which could keep wax oil temperature in the oil tank. Massive steam was saved and high temperature condensate water discharging was prevented, and energy consumption for cooling the third hydrogenation unit was decreased, obvious benefits on the energy saving and cost reducing were obtained.
