摘要
介绍丁烯异构装置在单元流程的优化改造,实现了正丁烷与异丁烷的分离,并得到了纯度在95%以上的异丁烷以及90%的正丁烷,提高了产品附加值,同时降低了能耗,产生了显著的经济效益。
Optimization revamp on the process flow of butylene isomerization unit was de-scribed, separation of n-butane and iso-butane was realized, the iso-butane and n-butane products with purity above 95% and 90% respectively were obtained. The added value of prod-uct was increased, energy consumption was decreased, and obvious economic benefit was ob-tained.
