摘要 风电发电是开发利用风能的主要形式,大批风电工程在国家政策鼓励下竣工投产,缓解能源危机、产生巨大经济效益,然而,风电工程在建设及运营过程中,会对周边环境产生影响。通过对比能源项目的环境影响评价内容,得出风电工程环境影响评价的特点,进而建立环评指标、探讨指标限值,深入研究风电工程带来的环境问题,并提出相关建议及应对措施,为实现环境友好型风电工程提供理论基础。 Wind power generation is the main form of developing and utilizing wind energy. A large number of wind power projects are being built under the national policy impact, which are relieving the energy crisis and producing huge economic benefits. However, the construction and operation of wind power projects can affect the surrounding environment. By comparing environmental impacts of energy projects, the characters of wind power projects can be concluded. Indexes are set and limits are discussed. Research on environmental impact assessment and solution measures of wind power projects provides a theoretical basis for the realization of environment-friendly wind power projects.
