中药材夏枯草基于重金属暴露的非致癌风险计算 被引量:1

摘要 通过文献调研结合统计分析的方法对夏枯草中5种重金属(镉、铜、铅、砷、汞)污染现状进行考察,得到重金属铅超标较为严重(34.48%);应用健康风险评价理论体系对夏枯草中5种重金属的暴露风险和非致癌风险表征进行计算,得到按照中国药典规定摄取夏枯草,每种重金属单独暴露不会引起非致癌风险,5种重金属同时暴露也不会引起非致癌风险。 In this study, the contamination status of five heavy metals(cadmium, copper, lead, Arsenic, mercury) in prunella vulgaris L. was obtained through literature investigation and statistical analysis. The results showed that Pb was most heavily contaminated, with an over standard rate of 34.48%. The risk exposure and non-carcinogenic risk were also assessed by using health risk assessment theory system. The results showed that when taking prunella vulgaris L. as guidance in Chinese pharmacopoeia, neither each heavy metal nor the five heavy metals together would lead to non-carcinogenic risk.
