核电站水消防系统冲洗

摘要 根据核电站水消防系统特点,针对性地对做好水消防系统管道冲洗工作进行了分析及阐述。着重强调消防管道冲洗工作准备、策划,洁净度控制,防人因失误及防跑水措施,并介绍了按照系统的厂房布置及水流向依次冲洗,根据实践提出利用压缩空气吹扫干管系统的方法,完成了消防水系统的冲洗工作,对核电站消防系统冲洗具有借鉴意义。 Fire protection water system flushing for Nuclear Power Plant(NPP) was introduced in this paper. FPS pipe flushing work preparation, planning, cleaning control, human error prevention, water leaking prevention and controlled water flow direction were emphasized. Flushing as the pipes configuration in the area and water flow direction in system method were introduced. Method using compressed air to blow down the dry pipe was proposed, and FPS system flushing work was well finished. This paper is expected to provide references for nuclear power fire protection water system flushing.
