当代中国慈善伦理构建路径初探

Exploring the Constructional Path of China's Charity Ethics

慈善伦理发挥着塑造道德理性、实现分配正义、维护社会稳定等方面的功能。当下,由于公民的现代慈善意识缺乏、慈善组织公信力缺失、慈善制度不尽完善等问题,我国慈善事业发展缓慢,所以建构当代中国的慈善伦理迫在眉睫。从规范层面与应用层面考虑,公民应接受并培养自身的现代慈善意识,政府应转变角色定位、加强与民间慈善的通力合作、加快慈善立法及完善慈善组织的相关制度,推进中国慈善事业的发展,真正体现慈善伦理的应有之义。

The essence of charity is ethical. It functions to cultivate moral rationality,fulfill allocation justice and maintain social stability. At present,the lack of modern charitable consciousness and public trust as well as institutional dysfunction hinders the development of China＇s charity. In order to cope with all these difficulties in building charity ethics,the following ways play a great role in exploring the constructional path of charity ethics： fostering and strengthening the charity consciousness of China,shifting the role of government in charity,strengthening performance management and ability construction of staff from charitable organizations,and improving charity system and legislation of China.
