唐宋时期皖江地区的渔业

Fishery in Wanjiang Region During Tang and Song Dynasties

摘要 唐宋时期皖江地区生态环境良好,具有丰富的水资源,鱼虾分布广泛,品种繁多。在捕捞野生鱼类资源的同时,皖江地区的人工养鱼技术也有发展。随着捕鱼业与养鱼业的发展,渔业在本区社会经济发展中的作用日益明显,不但扩充了国家的财政收入来源、改善了人民的生活水平、成为朝廷的贡鱼区,还有力地促进了本区渔业经济的商品化进程,为元明清以降本区渔业的进一步发展奠定了基础。 Wanjiang Region was known for its good ecological environment, rich water resources, and widely distributed fishes and prawns in the Tang and Song Dynasties. When wild fish resources in the region were exploited, technology of fish farming also underwent progress. With the development of fishing and fish farming, fishery played such an increasingly important role in social and economic development of the region that it not only expanded sources of state fiscal revenue and improved people's standard of living, but also made the region become a place producing fish of tribute. Moreover, it effectively accelerated commercial process of fishery economy of the region and laid a solid foundation for further development of fishery since the Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties.
