深井邻近巷道掘巷扰动影响下的稳定性分析 被引量:4

摘要 利用ABAQUS有限元软件,对淮南某深部矿井1112工作面新掘进的顺槽煤巷造成原有高抽巷的掘巷扰动影响进行数值模拟分析,分析了深部矿井两条巷道在不同间距下随着新巷道的掘进使原有巷道的应力和变形的最大值增加并且所在位置发生改变,探讨了新掘巷道对既有巷道稳定性造成的影响;研究了深井相邻巷道掘巷扰动效应对原有巷道应力应变的改变,结果表明:浅部巷道之间的合理间距在深部条件下不再适用,深部矿井邻近巷道之间掘巷扰动效果显著,既有巷道需要在已有支护结构的基础上增加新的支护措施以保证其正常使用。 By using the finite element software ABAQUS, the numerical simulation was conducted to analyze the influence of roadway excavation in 1112 longwall on existing roadway above the longwall for gas drainage in a deep mine of Huainan Mining Area. The maximum stress increase and displacement of the existing roadway a- bove the longwall in the process of the adjacent roadway excavation were analyzed. The influence of roadway ex- cavation on stability of the existing roadway was discussed. The influence of the adjacent roadway excavation on strain of the existing roadway was studied. The results showed that the reasonable distance between roadways at shallow depth is not applicable to roadways at great depth. The roadway excavation disturbance effect on the ad- jacent roadway is significant at great depth. Some additional supporting measures are needed to ensure normal function of the existing roadway.
