摘要
近年来,翻转课堂在国内教育领域受到高度关注,亦成为当前教育教学改革的研究热点。翻转课堂把学习主动权还给学生,学生不再只是被动地接受知识,而是需要参与知识的建构过程,进而能达到教师因材施教,学生自主学习的教育理想。翻转课堂中教师则是扮演引导与协助学习的角色,透过师生双向互动讨论,更能激发学生自主与合作学习的兴趣。高职院校实施翻转课堂模式是对传统教学的冲击和挑战,为促进高职院校教学的改革和发展能够产生积极的作用。高职院校教师要挣脱传统教育的束缚,扩大教学视野,带领学生走进翻转课堂进行学习的革命,让每个学生都能内化所学到的知识,得到带得走的能力。
In recent years, the flipped class has attracted a lot of attention from the educational and research field. Since it can guide the students to learn actively, the students do not accept the knowledge passively, but learn actively and take part in the process of knowledge construction. In the flipped classroom, the teachers are the guides not the informers anymore, which can improve students' autonomous and cooperative learning interest through the two-way interaction between teachers and students. Flipped class composes challenge to traditional teaching in higher vocational colleges, which promotes the reform and development in this area and produce positive effect on vocational education. Teachers of higher vocational colleges should break the bondage of traditional education and expand the view of teaching by guiding students to use it to internalize learned knowledge.
