冰箱冷藏室高湿度方法研究及对鸡毛菜保鲜效果的影响 被引量:3

摘要 本文以某款大冷藏室风冷冰箱的实际结构为基础,就适合此款冰箱的调湿模块的结构设计、湿度控制方案等方面进行研究,改进了冰箱冷藏室湿度。同时研究了改进后的冷藏室相对湿度对鸡毛菜保鲜效果的影响。结果表明:具有调湿模块的风冷冰箱能有效降低鸡毛菜的失重率,减缓鸡毛菜叶绿素的损耗,较好地维持了鸡毛菜的贮藏品质。 The research on structure design and control plan of the humidity device based on the actual structure of frost- free refrigerating appliance with large fresh-food compartment was studied and improved the humidity of refrigerator. At same time, effect of relative humidity in the fresh-food compartment after being improved on fresh keeping of brassica chinensis was researched. The results showed that frost-free refrigerator with humidity device could effectively depressed the rate of weight loss of brassica chinensis, and the chlorophyll content could be maintained. So this technology maintained the fresh-keeping and storage quality of brassica chinensis.
