摘要
过冷度的参数控制直接影响换热器的换热能力和换热器的成本,一般情况下房间空调器系统在匹配设计的过程中会因过冷度控制参数而做大量的实验,不仅浪费实验资源和人力成本还影响开发进度。那么过冷度参数是如何影响换热器的换热能力,本课题我们就这个问题进行分析研究。本文中主要采用仿真计算的方法研究过冷度与冷凝器换热能力关系和过冷度与整机的换热能力关系得出对应的关系曲线。该研究成果对房间空调器的系统匹配有一定的指导意义。
Control to the sub-cooling degree will have a direct effect on heat exchanging capability and cost of the heat exchanger. Generally, multiple tests in terms of the sub-cooling degree will be done during the design for the room air conditioner, which will not only spend lots of test resources and labor cost but also slow down the development process. How does the sub-cooling degree affect the heating capability of the heat exchanger? This paper will analyze it. Through simulation computation, we can get corresponding curves of the sub-cooling degree and heat exchanging capability of the condenser, also of the sub-cooling degree and the heating capability of the whole unit. These research findings will do some help to guide the design of the room air conditioner.
