中医护理临床路径在混合痔患者围手术期护理中的应用与效果

Application and effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine clinical nursing path in patients with mixed hemorrhoid during perioperative period

目的探讨中医护理临床路径在混合痔患者围手术期护理中的应用与效果。方法将200例混合痔手术患者分为观察组和对照组各100例,对照组患者采用传统护理方法,观察组在此基础上按中医护理临床路径实施护理干预。结果观察组患者的住院时间缩短,住院费用下降,术后并发症降低,伤口愈合情况及患者满意度均提高(P<0.01)。结论应用中医护理临床路径实施干预,可促进混合痔患者术后伤口愈合,有利于患者早日康复。

Objective To evaluate the application effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） clinical nursing path in patients with mixed hemorrhoid during perioperative period . Methods Totally,200 cases of mixed hemorrhoid were divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 100 eases in each group. All patients received traditional nursing method ,while patients in the experimental group received additional nursing intervention under the guidance of TCM clinical nursing path. Results Patients in the experimental group had shorter duration of hospital stay,decreased hospitalization expenses and postoperative complications,while the status of wound healing and patient satisfaction were improved （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The application of nursing intervention based on TCM clinical nursing path cart promote the postoperative wound healing of mixed hemorrhoid patients ,which is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
