乡镇卫生院护士科研能力现状调查

The current situation of scientific research abilities of nurses in township hospitals and community health service centers

目的了解乡镇卫生院护士的科研能力,为提高乡镇卫生院护士的科研水平提供依据。方法采用一般资料调查表、科研能力影响因素问卷对14所乡镇卫生院120名护士进行调查。结果乡镇卫生院护士科研水平低,120名乡镇卫生院护士仅有13名(10.83%)撰写过论文,其中8名发表过论文(6.67%),护士科研知识掌握差的有97名(80.83%)。结论乡镇卫生院护士科研能力总体水平较低,需从科研鼓励、管理、培训等方面提高乡镇卫生院护士科研水平。

Objective To investigate the scientific research abilities of nurses in 14 township hospitals and community health service centers,and to pro- vide evidence for improving the scientific research level of nurses in township hospitals and community health service centers. Methods By using the general in- formation questionnaire and the questionnaire of scientific related behavior, 120 nurses from 14 township hospitals and community health service centers were in- vestigated. Results The level of scientific research of township health center was low, only 13 （ 10.83 % ） nurses wrote papers among the totally 120 nurses,8 of the 13 nurses published （6.66%） ,the number of low nursing scientific knowledge mastering was 97 person （80.83%）. Conclusion The overall scientific re- search level of health center nurses is relatively low ,it needs to be improved through scientific encourage, management, training and other aspects.
