摘要
目的分析人类生物钟基因Per1与Per2在人类胆管癌中的表达,研究其表达与人类胆管癌的关系。方法获取人原发胆管癌标本58份,另取距离肿瘤边缘2 cm外组织作为正常对照。采用免疫组织化学方法检测人原发胆管癌标本与正常对照组织中Per1与Per2基因蛋白产物(Per1、Per2蛋白)的表达。结果 58份人原发胆管癌标本与正常对照组织中均见Per1与Per2蛋白表达,但胆管癌标本中Per1与Per2蛋白的表达较正常对照组织明显下降(P<0.05)。结论生物钟基因Per1与Per2蛋白可能与人类胆管癌的发生及发展有关。
Objective To explore the human circadian clock gene( Per1 and Per2) protein expression in cholangiocarcinoma( CCA),and to study the relationship of the expression with CCA. Methods The Per1 and Per2 gene protein expression in CCA and the corresponding adjacent tissues obtained from 58 patients were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Per1 and Per2 protein expresses in both CCA and the corresponding adjacent tissues of 58 patients but the decreased expression in CCA patients compared to the corresponding adjacent tissues( P〈0. 05). Conclusions Per1 and Per2 gene may be related to the incidence and development of CCA.
