危重型高血压脑室内出血予以双侧侧脑室置管冲洗引流治疗的疗效评价

Severe Hypertension Intraventricular Hemorrhage Lavage to Bilateral Lateral Ventricle Drainage Treatment Curative Effect Evaluation

目的危重型高血压脑室内出血予以双侧侧脑室置管冲洗引流治疗的临床效果,根据临床病案实例,分析双侧侧脑室置管冲洗引流治疗的价值与作用。方法随机选取2012年1月-2016年6月收治的40例危重型高血压脑室内出血患者,采用双侧侧脑室置管冲洗引流治疗,通过临床监督与观察,查验治疗效果。结果 40例患者,死亡1例,存活39例,术后2-12 h清醒12例、1-3 d清醒20例、4-7 d清醒5例,2例持续昏迷。结论双侧侧脑室置管冲洗引流治疗针对危重型高血压脑室内出血患者的治疗效果有效,是临床中值得推广应用的治疗技术之一。

Objective To critical hypertension intraventricular hemorrhage lavage to bilateral lateral ventricle drainage of the clinical effect of treatment,according to the clinical medical record instance,lavage analysis bilateral lateral ventricle drainage treatment of value and function. Methods Randomly selected from a hospital in January 2012-June 2016 were analyzed in 40 cases of critically ill patients with hypertensive intraventricular hemorrhage,lavage with bilateral lateral ventricle drainage treatment,through clinical supervision and observation,inspection treatment effect.Results 40 patients,1 case death,live 39 cases,12 cases 2 - 12 h after waking,1 - 3 d lucid 20 cases,4 - 7 d in 5 cases,2 cases of coma. Conclusions Lavage bilateral lateral ventricle drainage therapy for the treatment of critically ill patients with hypertensive intraventricular hemorrhage effect effectively,is worth popularization in clinical application of one of the treatment technology.
