利奈唑胺与达托霉素治疗骨科球菌感染的疗效比较

Linezolid and Daptomycin Compare the Efficacy of the Treatment of Bacterial Infections Orthopedics

目的比较利奈唑胺与达托霉素治疗骨科球菌感染的安全性和有效性。方法选取78例骨科球菌感染患者,按照随机数字分组法分为两组:观察组39例,采用利奈唑胺治疗,剂量为600 mg 1次/12 h;对照组39例,采用达托霉素治疗,剂量为6 mg/kg 1次/d。观察和比较两组的疗效,退热时间,耐药性和不良反应。结果观察组和对照组的临床总有效率分别为92.3%,94.9%。两组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组出现白细胞减少,血小板减少,肝功能异常各1例,对照组出现血肌酐升高,肝功能异常各1例。观察组的总不良反应发生率略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组和对照组耐药性和退热时间,两组间的差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组不同抗生素的成本效果比较,利奈唑胺成本效果明显低于达托霉素。两组间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论治疗骨科球菌感染,利奈唑胺和达托霉素治疗效果基本相当,不良反应发生率低,二者均安全可靠。利奈唑胺成本效果明显低于达托霉素,花费较低一些。

Objective Comparison of linezolid and daptomycin safety and efficacy of the treatment of orthopedic bacterial infections. Methods Select 78 cases of bacterial infections of orthopedic patients,according to randomized groups were divided into two groups： observation group 39 cases,the use of linezolid therapy,a dose of 600 mg 1 /12 h; the control group 39 cases,the use of daptomycin treatment,a dose of 6 mg / kg 1 times / d. Observe and compare the efficacy of the two groups,cooling time,drug resistance and adverse reactions. Results The total clinical observation group and control group response rate was 92. 3%,94. 9% respectively. The difference was not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）; observation group leukopenia,thrombocytopenia,abnormal liver function each one case,the control group had elevated serum creatinine,liver function abnormalities in 1 case. The total incidence of adverse reactions observed group of slightly higher,but the difference was not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. The observation group and the control group of drug resistance and cooling time,the difference between the two groups are not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05） Cost- effectiveness comparison of two different antibiotics,linezolid,daptomycin was significantly lower than the cost- effectiveness. There were significant differences（ P〈0. 05） between the two groups. Conclusions Orthopedic treatment bacterial infections,linezolid and daptomycin treatment effect is roughly equal,a low incidence of adverse reactions,both of which are safe and reliable. Linezolid,daptomycin was significantly lower than the cost- effectiveness,cost some low.
