营口市居民死因分析

Analysis of Death Causes Among Residents in Yingkou

目的了解营口市居民死亡原因及死因分布特点,为针对影响居民健康状况的主要死因进行干预提供科学依据。方法使用卫生部指定的死因专用软件＂DeathReg2005＂对＂中国疾病预防控制系统＂的＂死因登记报告信息系统＂中的数据进行统计分析,按照国际疾病分类ICD-10进行分类统计。结果 2015年营口市居民总死亡率为757.97/10万,标化死亡率为419.23/10万,男性高于女性,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=89.499,P〈0.05）。前5位死因依次是循环系统疾病、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、内分泌系统疾病、损伤中毒,死亡率分别为417.78/10万、212.14/10万、40.14/10万、24.89/10万和22.65/10万。结论循环系统疾病、肿瘤等慢性非传染性疾病和伤害已成为营口市居民的主要死因。应采取综合防治措施,加强健康教育和疾病监测,以提高人群健康水平。

Objective To observe the reasons of death causes sequences and distribute characteristic of death causes among the residents in Yingkou,provide scientific evidence for the targeted intervention. Methods The death cause data obtained from ＂National death cause registering and reporting information system＂were analyzed by using the software DeathReg 2005 designated by the Ministry of Health and classified according to ICD- 10. Results The total mortality was 757. 97 /105,and the standardized mortality was 419. 23 /105 in 2015 in Yingkou. There were more males than females with significant differences（ χ^2= 89. 499,P = 0. 000）. The top 5 death causes were circulatory disease,cancer,respiratory disease,injury / poisoning and endocrine system disease; The corresponding mortality were 417. 78 /105,212. 14 /105,40. 14 /105,24. 89 /105,22. 65 /105,respectively. Conclusions Chronic non- communicable diseases including circulatory disease and cancer as well as injury had become the major death causes among the residents in YINGKOU.
