大学生应征入伍及退役复学现状调查与研究

The Study and Research of Current Situation of College Students Returning to College after Retiring from the Army

大学生士兵的加入,为国防现代化建设做出巨大的贡献,然而他们在应征入伍以及退役复学的过程中却面临着许多现实的问题。针对大学生征兵工作中出现的新情况、新变化,本文结合北京科技大学最近几年的征兵历程,通过对北京地区各大高校征兵工作负责人以及各阶段应征入伍大学生的采访调查,探究当前大学生应征入伍情况和退伍大学生的发展状况。

The number of enlisted college students is increasing due to a number of factors. Enlisted students join the arm to enrich their life experience, help achieve their life goals and to take advantage of preferential policies to ease the pressure of finding a job. The join of the college students in the army make great contribution to building a modern society, however, college students who retired from the army come across many problems during the process of joining the army and returning to college after retiring from the army. Facing the new situation and the change of work of enlisting college students, the article analyzes the developing situation of these college students and college students being drafted into the army with the interviews of different periods to enlisted students and the persons in charge of the work and the process of enlisting students in USTB in recent years.
