摘要 关节痛的高发病率直接影响着患者的生活质量。退行性关节病(骨关节炎)是慢性痛的常见原因,对于老年人来说尤其如此。目前认为,软骨破坏、负重的生物力学改变以及与之相关的滑膜炎、关节周围肌性防御是关节痛的主要原因。然而,近期的研究结果表明,神经生理学机制在慢性关节痛的发展中也扮演着重要角色。
